If you’re wondering with hard stone and tiles on daily basis you should have this drill bits
Great looking tile, moderately priced, came in undamaged, and the job came out outstanding.
This tile is good quality tile, has a thick surface coating and not easily scratch-able. The only downfall I had was I got one less sheet of tile in the box than originally stated.
We ordered these for our shower in the Cayman Islands. They look and feel lovely!
These drill bits are extremely fast and chew through the hardest of materials including porcelain. Simply thread them onto your grinder without the need to
Gorgeous accent tile. Subtle and sweet. Love it in my shower.
Work great especially for the money.
I cut these apart for my ceiling mosaic and they really are a great addition. Super easy to install, high quality tile.
I needed to install an air pressure button for my garbage disposal through a granite counter and drill from the bottom. I couldn't use wet so this dry saw was the only way I could get it done. Only took about 120 seconds through one inch with the 1-1/4" saw. Fantastic!
Great cutting and extremely quick through porcelain tile, a versatile set for sizes and great price
Love it but it's not off white and white like the description says. just all white
The colors are perfect. Be aware that the size and shape of the mosaic tiles are different than pictured.
This a great buy! Although the picture on Amazon doesn't show the true color(remember this is Pink), I did see from other websites better picture but Amazon has the best prices. Our contractor just put them in today, and it is just beautiful. We are very happy with the quality, shipment and the turn out
I just had my tile installed around tub, steam room walls and ceiling. The tile guy does tile for a living and had not tried these and was very impressed. No guide needed to start hole because they cut so smoothly. I have never used one and I drilled the holes out perfectly for him.
Top for tile
Really pretty, quality
I previously had a Shark steam mop but it "went up" after only about a year. I can heartily recommend the Bissell. Easy to use and does a beautiful job on my floors.
This is my first steam mop ever, so I have no other comparisons to go by. I was super excited to try it, so I cleaned my kitchen floor at midnight because I just couldn't wait until the next day :) It was very easy to put together and easy to use. And I'm no rocket scientist. I also used the power fresh disc that has a spring scent (not quite my cup of tea) and it did smell up the whole house. My husband thought it was nice. The kitchen floor looked great afterward and I was disgusted to see how dirty the mop head was afterward. Well, it did its job! the floor took a few minutes to dry. I give 4.5 stars because it wasn't as easy as stated to clean up sticky messes. I have a one year old who likes to throw food on the floor. And when it goes unnoticed, it can get hard and sticky. Did it eventually come up? Yes. So I'm not mad about it, just know there's possibly a better one out there. But so far, I am happy with my purchase :)
I love my PowerFresh steam mop. I will never go back to a traditional mop and bucket.
Wife loves it
Works great, the control location are a bit annoying, but nothing to complain about.
Works Great! I love that it is so easy to disinfect my tile floors.
Nice product, gave some old cabinets a face lift.
This steam mop is great. It is really easy to operate it. I only wish it had an off/on button but other than that it works great and it's really easy to use it. I love that it has three choices on steam level.
Great cabinet pulls! Very glad I purchased them!
I just purchased this today and got same day delivery. I chose this one after reading several review sites stating it was the best quality and price. I have a toddler and two bulldogs, one of which is old and has accidents a lot. We have struggled because cleaners that we spray and stiffer up always seem to make our tile floor greasy and we can never get the grout clean. Anticipating my delivery I tried a new method of using toilet bowl cleaner on my grout. I let it set and lightly scrubbed it in the bad areas. The rest of the floors was left untouched. When I get the steamer I went over both the bleached and non bleached areas and it made an amazing difference in both. The bleached area POST steamer looks like brand new tile, there is no residue and the grout is clean!! The unbleached area is still cleaner than our floors have been in months, and I sweep and swiffer on a daily basis. The tile is incredibly clean and it looks like it helped the grout, but I recommend using the gel toilet bowl cleaner first! Pros - lightweight, easy to maneuver, no manual scrubbing required although it has a little foot scrubber brush for super tough spots, it heats up VERY quickly, its slender and the reviews had said the cord was short but I did not think so. Oh and washable pads!!!! Yay! No cons as of yet!
I would have given it a 10 if it was available. I have been using a competing steam product for over 3 years, during that time I have been required to do jury rigging repairs too numerous to detail, and had the product do a minimally decent job on our ceramic tile floors. I have been looking at and reviewing products for over 6 months, reading anything and everything on a replacement for that mop and have come up short each time a new one came on line, that is until this Bissell showed up. I read the comments by the others and found hardly any that were disdaining or derogatory, to the contrary, most were highly complementary, even a video presentation showing the ease of assembly, this pushed me into the "give it a try" mode and so the order went in. I felt very safe with the option of having a Prime membership so if it didn't meet muster or failed out of the box, back it went. It arrived on my Birthday and I wasn't disappointed, it went together as described, perfect packing, every part included and in place, and a fresh scent disk to leave the whole cleaning process with a just washed, outdoors line-hung scent, for those old enough to remember that smell. The PowerFresh mop seems to be very sturdy and well put together, we'll see if this holds true, but it does seem to be far superior to the others I have experience with. The cleaning properties of the ribbed microfiber pad is great. I think the other product had been doing just a half job, as the once over with the new Bissell extracted a much dirtier pad than I have had in the past and the floors were without the tell-tail streaks left by the former product. All in all this has been one of the best product experiences I have had recently, and I will give a further review as it is pressed into heavier service, for now, all is right with a cleaner world.
As a mother of twin toddlers, this steam mop is amazing. Quicker than mop and Bucket floor cleaning with less dry time. Faster than Swiffer cleaning with better results. I am ecstatic when I saw the results and would recommend to anyone who mops more than once a week. I mop/sweep daily and this is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time!
Dose a great job.
These handles look great on my new cabinets and my hand fits easily around them. The price was also great, shipping was quick. I would buy them again if I had to.
Works well on hardwood floors...doesn't get too wet.
Cleans our ceremic floors very well. Very happy, so far.
Does the job, great on floors picked up old stains I couldnt get out
I use this weekly, I have had it for 2 years now. I’ve convinced 7 others to buy it by my raving reviews and they all love it! I don’t use the scent pads or any cleaning products. Just water & steam and it will change your life!! This model in particular is streak free, the Orange pet version that people buy at Walmart has streaked their floor so they return it and get this one and it works perfect! Not sure what the difference is but apparently there is one??u200d♀️
The first broke after a couple of years. Let's see if this one lasts longer. I probably would have purchased a different model, but I have the older one for spare parts.
Yes I love this steamer! it moost difinatly has most my life easier. easy to use and easy to clean up!
This might be my favorite purchase I've ever made. I should have gotten one years ago!
this steamer is truly awesome! we just had our kitchen remodeled-leaving a thick layer of dust on our hardwood floors in our dining room and living room. i was looking for something to give my floors a deep clean to restore them back to their original look. the reviews on here sold me and i’m really glad i went for it! you can see in my before and after pictures..it made our floors shine beautifully again and even got all the white crap out from the small cracks. (PS were still waiting on our transition strip for the flooring lol) oh and also, set up took about 2 minutes. i really love this thing!
okay, so i was like "my floors are clean-ish", "they can't be too bad", but i've wanted one since they came out (just not spending $100) to start i have tile in 80% of my first floor. it's the shiny kind that is multi-tone off white and slightly textured from the 80s - but still pretty - with a brownish grout (to match all the woodwork in our house). i use a swiffer, and i do it pretty often (not as much now that the kid is in college but often). i did have a few "stains" on the tile that just didn't seem to come out (not even with the scrubbie thing on the swiffer) and OMG IT'S AMAZING ... now it did take a while on HIGH to get all those spots that were stuck and didn't look like they were going anywhere... but it's so CLEAN ... my 30 year old tile looks almost new (still has some dings) even my cheap linoleum in the wash/mud room looks good... i was like "what is that brush going to do" ... hey that brush is pretty darn good! and i only had to fill it 2x for the entire downstairs on HIGH (3x steam) and going very slow (like i said it's a LOT of tile) ... but every spot is out i have brown grout so i can't say if it "cleaned" the grout but it did get up 95% of the "soap film" that i had from when my carpet cleaner leaked carpet soap on it (unbeknown to me so it dried and sat there for a few weeks, we had just gotten a puppy so i left it out for emergencies and the puppy stopped having them) I had tried vinegar, lemon juice, vodka, scrubbing and nothing got that soap film up .... i think the rest will come up next time but my back was tired. should be quick next time and easily just one thing of water. really not harder than a swiffer! *** don't get me wrong I love this and would definately say you need it (omg if i had this when my kid was home and spilling everything!) but if someone donated a suba or whatever to me to do 'in between' I would only use this every week to every other week -- but I'd use this my floors look so great!
I bought this Bissell steam mop over a year ago on Amazon. The first few months I owned it, I was excited about cleaning my floors (crazy, I know), but, it was so much easier than the sponge, chemical, water bucket method. I love that clean floor feel under my bare feet. The excitement of my new "toy" wore off; but I still don't mind cleaning my floors anymore. Now I use it weekly and as needed for spills/spots. This is the first steam mop I've ever owned, so I don't know how it would compare. I chose Bissell's 1940 after a couple friends recommended it, and after reading reviews on Amazon as well as reviews on other web sites. Things I like: Reasonable price; It is lightweight & easy to set up which makes it convenient to grab when there's a spill; Easy fill, detachable water tank; It takes less than a minute for the steam to heat up & be ready for use; Just water, no cleaning products used, so no soap scum film left behind; The small scrub brush attached to the back, pad area, is good for tough spots; The head easily maneuvers under the cupboards, around, & under table legs and into corners. I usually run the steam setting on #1 or #2, the water will last 30 minutes or so; but even when I run on full steam (#3 setting), it lasts a good 15 minutes. (I use distilled water, but, MFG says tap water). At the time of my purchase I bought a 2-pack of extra steam mop pads; good idea to have clean pads in case some pads are waiting to be washed. I like the little tablets that smell good, they go in the inside "pocket" of pad; they add a nice smell. To add to my "likes" & what prompted me to write this review was their customer service. My Bissell steam mop quit steaming yesterday (after a year of weekly + use). I called Bissell & they helped me trouble shoot. The fill cap on the water tank was split. They are sending a replacement cap, free of charge, and no shipping fees, either. Easy fix. UPDATE, 2+ years after purchase my Bissell, it bit the dust. No power, no lights, no steam...dead. Bissell said I'm 3 months out of warranty coverage. They offered a 20% discount & free S&H for a new one; that would have brought the price to $72, nice, but, thought I'd check that extended warranty most credit cards offer. Sure enough, it's covered. Since I bought on Amazon, finding the receipt was easy. I will be purchasing this same steam mop again with the credit card. I still think it's a great, easy mop. Besides, I already have 4 mop heads to fit it.
Excellent seller, received my package very quick. Bissell in the other hand. I read reviews before purchasing and it didn't turn out as good as I expected. Let's out very little amount of steam not as much as I expected. Also brush doesn't seem to work for me with cleaning the grout.
To start: I gave 4-star reviews only because we haven’t used it often enough to know for sure. But I AM REALLY HAPPY WITH IT! I have the old linoleum floors in the kitchen. I was cleaning the floors on my hands and knees because a mop just didn’t do it. On my hands and knees, I was able to be more meticulous with the spots that needed more than a swipe. This was tedious, hard work and I was breathless from getting up and down, rinsing the cloth and all. That life is over! I personally haven’t used it yet, because now my teenage daughter is more than happy to do it for me. It’s almost a game for her. The job takes at the most 10 minutes, the floor has never looked so pristine. I’m convinced the floor looks cleaner for longer. Maybe because it got cleaner to start with. The machine is very easy to use. I can’t tell you how strong the various parts are because we haven’t used it that many times. So far I am thrilled with it! I did buy a separate warranty for it that popped up with this product. I hope not to use it and if I do need it, I am taking only a small (priced) chance that they may not be a good warranty. Another thing I like about it, is that the floors dry, literally, in minutes. I used to wait for the times that there was the least traffic in the house. Now the wetness just disappears in front of your eyes! Would I use it on my huge wooden floors? Honestly, I can’t imagine that the floor won’t get ruined eventually from the steam, so no, I won’t take the chance.
Absolutely amazing!!!!! I've used it twice now and each time I've been impressed with the clean left behind. I just did my bathroom floor, which had a small area that I could never get clean. I think it was something left behind by an older not skid rug (probably glue). I could never get the area clean, and it was covered up by another new rug. But, the steam mop was able to remove the old residue. I had to keep going over and over it, but eventually it came off and the floor looks like new again. The first time I used it in the kitchen and was shocked how dirty the mop was. Especially when I had scrubbed the floor two days prior. I have no small children, so this was even more impressive. I would highly recommend this steam mop. This is the third one that I've owned, and the prior two never cleaned like this one. The last one I had only lasted about three months.
I never would have bought anything like this, having buckets and a great Magic Eraser mop, but I'm getting too old. This thing is great! I now have laminate so can only speak to that, but I would try it on the low setting on wood. And the low setting is more than sufficient. So easy to maneuver that it's actually kind of fun. The steam is ready super fast. It's like Swiffering, but with a lot more effect. I've always hated washing floors so this is great for me! And no more buckets to haul out. Glad I didn't get the vac/steamer combo; seems an unnecessary add on. I will also try another reviewer's tip to spritz the floors with your favorite scented cleaning product. Not in the water -- on the floor. Haven't tried the scented stuff that was included. Great product so far. And am using distilled water as the manufacturer recommends.
I recently installed porcelain wood-look tile throughout my home except for the bedrooms. I had been using the Bona stone tile cleaner, which is also a good product but a bit cumbersome to spray the cleaner and then mop it using their microfiber pads (no steam). This steam cleaner is a dream - very reasonably priced, you fill it with distilled water, wait a few minutes and then just mop. The head swivels very nicely, allowing you to get around and under furniture, and the mop moves easily across the floor. It takes me about twenty minutes to clean about sixteen hundred square feet of porcelain floors. The terry cloth mop head cover gets very dirty. I have a dog who is in and out a lot, but I vacuum twice a week and this cleaner still picks up a lot of dirt. Keep in mind that it does not spray clean water and then vacuum up the dirty water like higher end floor cleaners, so all the dirt collects on the terry cloth and you may want to change to a clean cloth during your work. I like the smell of the scented disks that come with the cleaner but it is too much effort to remove it before washing the terry cloth and then reinstall it after so I don't use it. This is a great product for a very fair price!
I have to say that this was my first time ever purchasing a floor steamer. I have tile floors in my kitchen, bathroom and hallway. My Bissell just showed up today. After putting it together (took under 5 minutes...if that!) I swept my floors and filled the water part and off I went! It was sooooo easy to use! The steam was pretty much constant. Occasionally there seemed to be less sound of steam producing so I waited about 2-3 seconds and the sound was loud again and I continued on.I used the scrubber mop pads first (I ordered a set of replacement pads when ordering the Bissell since I read in other reviews it helps to have extras) and did all of the floors main areas. I had some very sticky candy pieces that had melted on the bathroom floor that came off with ease. I had very icky parts in the kitchen that normally I would have to get down on my hands and knees and scrub with a magic eraser or something to get off....came off with ease! I had marks on the floor from where some drawing charcoal had gotten crushed under a chair....which is stuck to the chair pads and regularly marks the floor and normally requires the magic eraser....come off with ease! No matter what was on the tile...IT CAME OFF! Then I switched to the regular mop pads and did the entire floor. I changed the mop heads half way through each as they looked FILTHY and by the last mop head the pad was clean. Very much worth the investment of getting the extra pads! As far as the steamer...I spent about 20 minutes mopping and it never ran out of water. My floors are spotless! And even more amazing was that I didn't have to force down or break my back with effort. It was so easy to maneuver (even between the fridge and stove where trash barrel is kept) and the mop just glided right across the floor! SO EASY! About a year ago I had Stanley Steemer come out and do the floors professionally. The purchase of this Bissell was cheaper than Stanley Steemer and the results are as if I had my floors professionally cleaned! I am REALLY AMAZED and THRILLED with this purchase! Never again will I use a regular mop or swiffer to just push the dirt around!
Great steam mop. The variable temperature works well and allows fast drying with minimum "stay-off' time. Excellent for our porcelain tile wood grain plank floors. Tip is to buy extra pads so you have ones to change. The built in scrubber that pops down is a nice feature if something is between the grooves of the floor and need a bit of extra help in removing.
The steam mop arrived today. Swept the kitchen floor, filled the water tank and plugged it in with the scrubber pad. I have not been able to clean as I would like and the floor was getting embarrassingly grungy. WWWOOOWWW! The floor is almost clean enough to eat off of it. Then did the bathroom floor. The best part I didn't end up screaming from excruciating back pain. Fast and easy. No more wet mopping and waiting for the floor to dry that is not really clean. The steamer left a damp floor that dried very quickly and there was no residue dirt left behind. What a back saver. Now I kicking myself for waiting so long to get the steamer. But I never procrastinate since I can never get around to doing it.
I had a Shark for several years and never particularly liked it. Early on the handle came loose within the warranty time yet Customer service said it was not covered and to replace was around $40! I took it back to Bed& Bath and they gladly exchanged it. The handle on the second one also broke so I taped it. I found the Velcro pads inadequate, only one steam setting and you had to constantly pump the handle for steam resulting in uneven steaming. It also had a small water reservoir. At the time I had 4 Shark products and decided to not buy anymore of their products. I already owned a couple of Bissell products and was satisfied with them. I have had this product for several months and am completely pleased. It's sleek looking, very well built, has multiple automatic steam settings, a large water reservoir, large well made pads [one for tougher jobs]. The best feature is the head swivels 180 degrees so it can maneuver into almost anywhere. In use it does an excellent job on tile floors. I can't comment on other floor surfaces or carpet freshening feature. Some comment that if you want to truly disinfect not just clean that it takes too long. I am only interested in cleaning so not an issue for me. I also have not tried the fragrance pads that you can insert on the underside of the pad. One comes with the unit so at some point I'll try it but replacements are about $1 each which seems pricey. Another comment in other reviews is lack of on and off switch. This would be a nice to have feature but for me not essential. At this point I am 110% satisfied and highly recommend.
I received this today and so in that, this review won’t be relevant to the overall longevity of the item. I love this mop though! We have sealed wood fooors and a toddler (who’s still very much more of a faller than a walker) and our floors have never seemed clean to me when using our regular mop. So when I got this, I waited all of 15 minutes to put it together and begin to use it and I’m SO glad I bought it. My floors have never been cleaner, and I can’t begin to say how glad I am that I don’t have to scrub the floor under my daughters high chair anymore for it to be clean. And now I can sanitize it too! (Her high chair is in the kitchen which has brick pavers that are sealed, so it hasn’t suffered any damage from the heat) All that having been said, I bought this as a warehouse deal, so I was prepared for it to come with damaged packaging, but instead it had no packaging whatsoever except what amazon replaced it with (clear bags zip-tied in place). I don’t really care about that, but I wasn’t expecting one of the mop heads to have been clearly used and washed before being returned. It was faint enough that at first I just thought it was shadows from being folded until I put it on and could see it in better light. I’m not mad, so there’s no point to send it back because: A) it still works, B) it’s literally designed to get dirty, C) it’s really faint, and D) I’ll probably buy replacement mop covers every year or so. But just a fair warning that there’s a chance if you buy one as a warehouse deal, it might have been used before.
