Quartz Stone Slab Production has strict requirements on the chemical composition and mineral composition of raw materials, so before a large number of raw materials enter the raw material warehouse. A series of strict analysis, inspection, homogenization, repeated small-scale test ingredients, etc. will be carried out before the raw materials are sent to the feeder,
Only the raw materials that pass the factory inspection will be sent to Raw Material Warehouse for next Move.
The selected raw quartz is crushed and then, blended under different formula usually is a ratio of 93% quartz aggregates to 7% resin binder along with other additives.
Furthermore, the mixture will be compacted to form the slabs using the vacuum and vibration method for about 100 seconds at 100 tons pressure. Using this kind of process, it can minimize porosity while decreasing water absorption to almost 0.
After that, the slabs will undergo the curing process using a kiln at 85 degrees for about half an hour. That is to attain all the necessary properties for stain and impact resistance. Once this process is completed, the produced slabs will undergo gauging, calibrating, polishing, and then prep up for the packing process.
With some of the Deisgn, the product need to be Polished, we will send it into our pressional Polished Machine.
Before the finaly process of Packing, every piece of Slab will under the Professional inspection. And Qualify Product will pack with Fumugation bundle, and ready for shipment.
